Consider accepting proposal for donation of +/- 150 linear feet (by 6 feet wide) of pit gravel trail at McAlpine Creek Greenway west of Monroe Road to be constructed and donated by Levine Properties. Manager recommends: Approval. *p. Consider accepting donation of 5.743 acres of floodplain along Mallard Creek south of US 29 and adjacent to property developed (by donor) for the Charlotte Performing Arts Outdoor Pavilion; offered by Amphitheater Entertainment Corporation of Florida.
