M., NOVEMBER 3, 1968 NT. IVOR I AH PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH 747 WEST TRADE STREET (CORNER WEST TRADE AND CEDAR STREETS) Charlotte, N. C. REV. R. H. FRAZIER, MINISTER GUEST SPEAKER: CHARLES LOWE OUTSTANDING CIVIC LEADER Greetings: You are invited to attend an important Political Action and Get-Out-The-Vote NAACP Meeting Sunday evening, 7:30 P. M., November 3, 1968, Pit. Mori ah Primitive Baptist Church, 747 West Trade, Corner West Trade and Cedar Streets. Rev. R. H. Frazter is the Minister. We are happy to present as Guest Speaker the outstanding Civic Leader, Charles Lowe. This is not the time to stay at home because the election this year is the most important election in the history of the Negro. Every Negro is requested to assist in getting all registered black voters to go to the polls on Election Day and cast their vote. Failure to vote can set us all back. Come out Sunday evening and let us fight the politics of hate and join hands to turn out the vote 100 per cent. We cannot afford to "go fishing" on election day. We cannot give up our Civil Rights won through long years of a hard fought struggle for which many noble blacks have died for the Right to Vote. Many whites have died for the Right of Blacks to Vote. Election Day is the day of decision. Don't forget Sunday evening, November 3, 1968, 7:30 P. M. Mt. Mori ah Primitive Baptist Church, corner West Trade & Cedar Streets. The focus is on Political Action - Get-Out-The-Vote. Respectfully, Rev. T. A. Watkins Kelly M. Alexander President Executive Secretary Charlotte-Mecklenburg Co. Branch Charlotte-PeckIenburg Co.
