Description	Stately Victorian home in Fourth Ward district of Charlotte, NC. [Pub. by Aerial Photography Services, Inc., Charlotte, NC – F1-735] This Queen Anne design Victorian home (1879) with Italianate and Eastlake features was built by Rev. Elias Overcarsh and remained in the family until 1966. The home incorporated pre-existing antebellum Greek Revival six-room structure, 3-story shingled tower with fish scale shingles, sunburst gables, and bracketed front porch with pineapple carving around the front door. It is on the National Register of Historic Places as of 1983.
